DayArc

One reading at a time, changing on a fixed schedule through the day. One setting: an accent colour.

DayArc at midday on a Forerunner 265: the time, the date and the stress reading with its gauge

On the wrist.

  • DayArc accent colour screen on an epix ProAccent colour
  • DayArc instinct screen on an Instinct EInstinct

Four windows, one glance each.

The same clock every day decides what's on screen. Nothing to open; the only thing to set is an accent colour, and Auto needs nothing.

  1. DayArc in the morning window on a Venu 3

    Morning · 5:00–9:30

Feels-like temperature, the day’s high and low, chance of rain.

  2. DayArc in the midday window on a Forerunner 265

    Midday · 9:30–17:00

A stress reading, shown as a number and a plain gauge.

  3. DayArc in the evening window on a Venu 4

    Evening · 17:00–23:00

Your Body Battery reading, the same way.

  4. DayArc in the night window on a Forerunner 965

    Night · 23:00–5:00

    Time and date only.

A number, never a verdict.

Stress and Body Battery are shown as a number and a plain gauge, one colour, never a mood word, an emoji, or a red/amber/green scale. DayArc doesn't say whether a reading is good or bad — Garmin's own guidance doesn't either.

No reading yet? The line says so in words — "Stress unavailable right now", "Body Battery unavailable" — never a blank field, never a guess.

Looking for more fields?

DayArc keeps one reading per window on purpose. DayArc Pro is a separate, paid listing with the same four windows and a denser grid of fields under each one — steps, heart rate, calendar, and more.

One setting
An accent colour, chosen in the Garmin Connect app or on the watch (Customize) — Auto by default, where each time of day has its own colour. Everything else is decided at build time; this platform's most common complaint is settings that don't save, so DayArc keeps its one setting small, and if it's ever missing the face just shows its normal colours.
Nothing leaves the watch
No location, no network, no account. DayArc reads data your watch already has and keeps it there.
