Two Suns
The sun’s day and your Body Battery, on one watch face. A ring for the light and, in Two Suns Pro, a curve for the last 24 hours.

On the wrist.
By day (Pro)
Golden hour (Pro)
After sunset (Pro)
Instinct (Pro)
Two things, one glance.
The sky’s day and your Body Battery. It shows no steps, no heart rate and no advice; Two Suns Pro can add a weather row and a watch battery row, off unless you switch them on.
The time comes first
The time is the biggest thing on the screen, in a large size that scales to your screen. A thin ring runs around the bezel on a round watch, and along the edges of the glass on a rectangular one.
A ring for the sun
The ring is the 24 hours of your day, noon at the top (Two Suns Pro can put midnight there). Night is dim, daylight is lit, and a marker sits where the sun is now: solid while it is up, an outline while it is not.
Your Body Battery
Under the time, Garmin’s own Body Battery number beside a small bolt. Two Suns Pro adds the last 24 hours as a curve, with the current point marked. It is Garmin’s estimate, shown as Garmin reports it.
One line for the sun
How much daylight is left, or when the sun comes back: “8h 41m of daylight”, “Sunrise 06:41”. Two Suns Pro works out tomorrow’s sunrise after dark.
A sentence, never a blank.
No sun data? The line says so in words. No Body Battery reading? A grey “--” beside a hollow bolt. A low reading is never drawn as a warning.
Sun times are your watch’s own sunrise and sunset. Two Suns Pro fills in what the watch does not give: tomorrow’s sunrise after dark, the twilight and the golden hour.
Yours to set.
Two Suns has one setting, the accent colour (six to choose from). Two Suns Pro has seven, all plain lists: the accent colour (nine to choose from), ring orientation, golden hour, the energy curve, the date, and the weather and watch battery rows, both off unless you switch them on. Change them in the Garmin Connect app or on the watch itself (Customize); either face works with the defaults if you never open them.
- Always on
- On AMOLED watches, a dim time, number and sun line that shift position every minute; no ring, no curve. Other watches keep the full face.
- Your screen
- On a round screen the ring runs around the bezel; on a rectangular one it becomes a track along the glass and the rows fill the box inside it, with a larger time; on the black-and-white Instinct it is a small dial in the round window. The layout measures itself to your screen and drops the date, then the curve, then the sun line before it would crowd the time. The Connect IQ Store shows whether your exact model is listed.
- English and 14 more
- The words on the watch come in 14 more languages.
- Your place stays on the watch
- Two Suns Pro keeps a place, rounded to a tenth of a degree, on the watch only; Two Suns, the free face, reads no location at all. Neither has internet access or sends anything anywhere.
Free or Pro.
Two Suns is free and complete. Two Suns Pro is a separate listing in the Connect IQ Store, with more on the face.
