RevDay Pro
A speedometer for your steps, not your speed, with more to point the needle at: Body Battery and Stress, a second small gauge, more colours.

On the wrist.

One needle, seven readings.
The goal sits at the top of the dial, and the dial keeps reading up to twice the goal. Past that, a small ×2, ×3 mark counts the laps. The exact number is always shown, and the time is the largest text on the face. An original dial, not modelled on any car maker’s instruments.
- Steps
- Toward your daily step goal. The default.
- Heart rate
- Your watch’s latest reading, updated about every minute or two, not live.
- Intensity minutes
- This week, against your weekly goal.
- Floors climbed
- Needs a watch that counts floors.
- Watch battery
- The watch’s own charge, as a percentage.
- Body Battery
- Garmin’s own reading, as a number on the dial. Needs a watch that records it.
- Stress
- The watch’s own stress score, as a number on the dial, never a band word. Needs a watch that records it.
Choose what the needle shows in the face’s settings, along with its accent colour from a longer list of colours (the black-and-white screens have none).
Where you are, never whether that is good.
Body Battery and Stress are numbers on a dial, nothing more: no verdict words, no band names, and nothing changes colour at any reading.
Some readings need a watch that records them. When yours cannot give one, RevDay Pro says so, in words or as “--”, and never shows a different reading in its place.
A separate listing, on purpose.
RevDay Pro is a one-time paid listing, with no subscription and no in-app toggle; the Connect IQ Store shows its price in your own currency. Want the lighter version, with five needle sources and a shorter list of colours? That is RevDay, a separate listing.
- Two small gauges
- A fuel gauge of five bars at the right of the dial (a small arc on black-and-white screens) shows Body Battery, Garmin’s own reading, or the watch battery or stress, as you choose. The other shows a source you choose: steps, heart rate, intensity minutes, floors climbed, watch battery or stress.
- One permission
- RevDay Pro asks for one permission, to read Body Battery and, on older watches, stress from your watch: the newest value only, kept in memory, never stored.
- Nothing leaves the watch
- No location, no network, no account. RevDay Pro reads data your watch already has and keeps it there.
103 Garmin watches.
Round screens, AMOLED and memory-in-pixel, and the black-and-white Instinct. Checked in Garmin’s simulator, not yet worn. The Connect IQ Store shows whether your exact model is listed, and sells RevDay Pro only on Garmin’s paid-app list.
